The processing of personal data in connection with the contact form is carried out for the purpose of processing enquiries and implementing pre-contractual measures or fulfilling a contract in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG).

Newsletter data

This serves both your interests and our interests in complying with legal requirements when sending newsletters. There is no time limit for storage in the blacklist. Google Maps

This website uses the Google Maps map service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The service enables interactive maps to be displayed and makes it easier to find the locations we specify.

When using Google Maps, the IP address and other technical information are transmitted to Google's servers. The transfer of data to the USA cannot be ruled out.

Personal data is processed for the purpose of user-friendly presentation of our online offerings and within the scope of purpose limitation and proportionality in accordance with Art. 6 revDSG.

The disclosure of personal data abroad is based on appropriate data protection guarantees in accordance with Art. 16 revDSG, in particular on the standard contractual clauses concluded by Google and, where applicable, on certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

If consent is obtained for the use of Google Maps (e.g. via a cookie banner), the data will be processed exclusively on the basis of this consent. This consent can be revoked at any time.
