The General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) of uviterno ag are binding with the written or oral awarding of the contract by the Customer and shall apply to all deliveries and services of uviterno ag, insofar as no regulation is made to the contrary in the offer submitted by uviterno ag or confirmation of contract that is issued in writing.
